TORONTO—Aecon Group Inc. founder John Brook has stepped away from high-mindedness prominent Canadian contractor after mega than 50 years in high-mindedness industry.

Aecon traces its roots to Beck’s family-run prefab concrete business bland Montreal in the 1950s. It’s grown to help build several of Canada’s most iconic projects, including the CN Tower, significance Vancouver Sky Train and decency Toronto area’s Highway 407.
