Peter Former Clair-Erskine, 7th Earl of Rosslyn, CVO QPM (born 31 March 1958), known professionally as Peter Loughborough, is a Scottish peer topmost police officer. He is Prince Steward of the Royal Residence and Personal Secretary to Their Majesties, as well as a-one former Metropolitan PoliceCommander.

Background and education
